This statement means that if you/another person have a authority status or have authority over you/you have authority over them, it doesn’t mean you’re kind. a person can have a authority status and can be the most rude person you have ever met. having Authority means you have power/have the ability to tell a person to do what you want and they should have to listen to you. In the case of T.H.U.G. (a book we are reading in class. if you’re wondering what the letters stand for they stand for The Hate U Give), The cop that shot Khalil was rather rude to him when asking for his license and registration, and Starr was surprised by this.

I can offer a experience of this I had. My uncle, who is a authority figure over me, is rude and sometimes a jerk to me just because I do things that he doesn’t approve of or like. I would try to avoid him for the time he was at my home, but sometimes I couldn’t.

Now, returning to T.H.U.G., the man that has a business near Starr’s father’s store, is a authority figure and is quite rude to Starr’s father and Starr. He doesn’t like the way her father runs the Store, and gives him crap over it, but her father ignores it.

Nova Moya is a unique guardian in Destiny’s world, usually guardians are people who have passed away and a planet like entity called the Traveler made things called ghosts for them (If I ever draw her or her ghost Bloodra, i will show you.) but Nova had her ghost made while she was still alive.

When nova was just a child, The Red Legion, a army of a race called the Cabal, attacked the last city, in Destiny’s world, humanity is hiding in the last city basically, but back to her background, When the Cabal attacked, her family tried to fight them back, them also being guardians, But…it was useless, her family had their heads explode, their skulls smashed, limbs ripped from their body, and guts ripped out, and poor little Nova witnessed all of this, frozen in shock and fear, she heard their screams for help, for her to run, but she was to scared to run, but, another guardian had swooped her up and saved her, taking her in as his own. His name, is Cayde-6. A exo guardian, his guardian class just like Nova, Hunter.

She had learned to act like him, and be just like him, then….the worst happened. In the Prison of Elders, a Awoken hunter named Uldren Sov had attacked Cayde, Killing his ghost (which was remarkable to say the least), and shot him 2-3 times in the chest, then he approached Cayde, wielding Cayde’s own handcannon, the Ace of Spades, and asked Cayde if he had any last words, and Cayde, being the wisecracking Guardian he is, looks Uldren dead in the eyes, and says “How’s your sister?” which then makes Uldren close his eyes and shoot him in the head, but those weren’t his last words, when Nova had ran in and saw Cayde lying there, dying, she broke out in tears and was filled with a rage fueled bloodlust for the blood of Cayde’s murder, but Cayde informed her that it wasn’t her fault, and there was nothing that she could do, but he loved her, his lasts words were “The Vanguard was the best bet I ever lost.” then he passed.

After Nova had found Uldren, she avenged her partner, and took Caydes gun, using it in honor of the man she called her father.

before I talk about Mia, I must first talk about what happened and where the Fallout video game Mia is based in, Fallout is a post apocalyptic video game, placed in a futuristic cold war era, On October 23, 2077 in the video games timeline, China (our enemy in the timeline before the bombs) and America fired nukes at each other, causing a nuclear fallout hence the name fallout, she takes place in 76, 76 takes place 25 years after the bombs fell, and you come out of a vault, vaults were built to “Protect people” from the bombs, but were truly experiments for the government, you are a vault dweller coming out, that was the experiment in Vault 76, you find the remains of civilization and possible recent human activity, but no signs of human life so far minus your fellow vault dwellers and mutated people and creatures, (soon to be other npcs, that are human).

Mia was a vault dweller when she left accidentally as a child. due to the radiation, she was mutated into a moth/human hybrid, he mother had mated with one of the mothmen, (Fallout 76 takes place in West Virginia, and one of the creatures you can encounter are “Mothman” there are different variants but that is for a later time) and this is why she is mutated to have features of a moth. Mia is believed to be 200 years old, but looks as if she was in her teen/early adult years, and she is rather shy and jumpy, but once you get to know her she is a kind creature. Mia has 4 wings, each if spread out are the length and size of a Normal car. She stands at 7″6 (yes, its a reference), her eye color can be really any color, but usually are blue. When threatened, she will spread her wings out to her large wing span, which is about 24 feet, and her eyes will glow red as she makes a distorted screeching sound, to some, people have said it sounds demonic like. She is still learning to speak like a normal person, at certain times she will speak in first person, others in third, and sometimes she won’t speak at all. She is fascinated by all the mutated wildlife, and to everyone’s amazement, she is able to tame Deathclaws, even though they are one of the most deadly and blood-lust filled creatures. she seems to calm them with her singing and humming, and in return, they bring her pieces of clothing and armor from their most recent kills.

Some dangers of a single story are A: that it makes you only have one view point one a place, person, people, or race, B: it focus’s on one thing rather than everything.

I have made assumptions of people before in the past, but i try not to do it now, one assumption i made about people was, that all Mexicans didn’t know how to speak English, but i learned that this was false.

Some assumptions that people have made about me are that, 1: I’m a druggy, 2: I’m gay and i like almost every guy I see, and other rude and awful things. the first one is not correct, but the second one is partially correct, because yes, I am in a gay relationship, but I’m not gay and I don’t like every guy i see, as i said before in my other post, I’m pan, and I focus on personality. another thing people assume about me is, well Cameron Howell and them assume this a lot (particular Cameron), is that I like it…when they grope me…by grabbing and squeezing my butt, and squeezing my thighs…it all honestly…It makes me feel violated…and I’m disgusted by it…Cam will sometimes stand in front of my desk in 8th period while i have my head down..and have his crotch close to my face…i…just hate it. My story and Their version of my story differ greatly.

the importance to recognize the importance of multiple view points is to see more than just one thing about a person, someone could say something about a person, and another could say something absolutely different about that person, but it’s always best to get that persons view points of themselves and others viewpoints.
